01 / OVERVIEWWhat is 360° VASER Liposuction?
360° liposuction describes treatment around the torso rather than one isolated area. It may include the abdomen, flanks and back. VASER is an ultrasound-assisted liposuction technique; the choice of device and treatment areas should follow the surgeon’s assessment. Liposuction removes selected fat deposits to change contour. It is not a treatment for obesity, and it does not reliably remove stretch marks or significantly loose skin.
02 / YOUR ASSESSMENTWho may be a suitable candidate?
You may wish to discuss liposuction if your weight is relatively stable and you have localized fat deposits despite healthy habits. Skin elasticity matters: skin that does not retract well may remain loose after fat removal. Your surgeon will review previous operations, medicines, smoking or nicotine use, and conditions that affect healing or anaesthesia. Significant skin excess may call for a tummy tuck or body lift instead of, or alongside, liposuction.
Your consultation should include your goals, medical history, previous procedures, current medicines and supplements, allergies and expectations. Your surgeon decides whether surgery is appropriate after assessing you.
03 / THE PROCEDUREHow the procedure is planned
- Your surgeon examines the areas you want to change and agrees on realistic contour goals and a treatment plan.
- Anaesthesia and fluid infiltration are selected for the extent of surgery. Fat is treated and removed through small incisions using an appropriate liposuction technique.
- Incisions are managed and dressings or a compression garment may be applied. You receive a written aftercare and follow-up plan.
Before booking, confirm the treating surgeon, anaesthesia plan, facility, expected monitoring and the arrangements for follow-up. Do not stop prescribed medicines without instructions from the clinician who manages them.
04 / RECOVERYHealing, aftercare and returning home
Bruising, swelling, soreness and temporary altered sensation can occur. Compression may be advised to support healing; its fit and duration should be prescribed by your team. Light movement, wound care and any drain care follow your surgeon’s instructions. Return to work depends on your job and the areas treated. Exercise and lifting resume only when cleared. Swelling can conceal early results, so the final contour should not be judged immediately.
Your stay in Istanbul and fitness to fly must be agreed with your surgeon. Allow time for follow-up checks and discuss how to obtain care after returning home. A travel schedule should adapt to recovery, not determine it.
05 / INFORMED CHOICERisks and important limitations
Possible complications include uneven contours, asymmetry, infection, bleeding, fluid collections, persistent sensation changes, skin injury and anaesthetic complications. Ultrasound-assisted techniques can cause thermal injury. Blood clots and other serious complications are possible. Treating many areas or removing more fat is not automatically better or safer.
When to seek urgent helpChest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting or sudden severe symptoms require urgent medical attention. For increasing wound redness, fever, drainage or worsening pain, contact your surgical team promptly. Follow the emergency plan provided by your treating team.
06 / EXPECTATIONSWhat results can you expect?
A change in body proportions is a more useful goal than a promised number of kilograms. Weight changes and ageing can alter the result. Ask to see examples relevant to your anatomy and discuss the chance of revision surgery before choosing treatment.

07 / YOUR VISITYour consultation and treatment quote
Use the enquiry form to tell the team which procedure interests you and ask for an initial consultation. A final recommendation requires a medical assessment; sending an enquiry does not commit you to surgery.
Ask for a written quote showing surgeon and anaesthesia fees, hospital care, tests, garments, prescribed medicines, hotel arrangements, transfers and follow-up. Confirm which items are included, possible additional charges, cancellation terms and what happens if recovery requires a longer stay. No fixed price or stay is promised on this page.
08 / QUESTIONSFrequently asked questions
Does 360° mean the whole body?
No. It usually refers to circumferential contouring of the torso. Your written plan should name the exact areas included.
Will VASER tighten loose skin?
Skin response varies. Substantial loose skin may need an excisional procedure. Do not assume liposuction will replace a lift.
How much fat can be removed?
There is no safe universal amount for every patient. Your health, treatment areas and operative plan guide that decision.
How do I start?
Complete the contact form or speak with the clinic on WhatsApp. The team can explain the next consultation step and how to share any medical information through an appropriate channel.
